Frequently asked questions

Q: What allergens are present?
A: Our famous Taiyaki Cones contain almonds, eggs, wheat, gluten, and milk. Baby mochi taiyaki contains almonds, eggs, milk, rice. Our ice cream contains milk.

Q: Are there any Gluten-free or vegan options?
A: Currently, we offer vegan soft ice cream and assorted toppings in all locations. Unfortunately, none of our cones are gluten-free. We would recommend ice cream in a paper cup if you have gluten allergies.

Q: Are there any dairy-free or lactose-free options?
A: We serve a lactose-free Taro Slush. We also offer vegan soft ice cream and assorted toppings in all locations.

Q: Do you have reservations?
A: No, our shops are fast-casuals and may offer limited seating (if any).

Q: Do you have souffle pancakes?
A: Yes, but due to the difficulty making them, we only serve them on Saturdays and Sundays 11AM-4PM at our Manhattan New York location.
